ProChase - Data recipients

This list supplements sections 9 and 10 of the ProChase Privacy Policy. It gives the names of the entities to which we disclose data, their role and the basis for transferring data outside the European Economic Area.

1. Seller

Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC, formerly Lemon Squeezy LLC), USA - sells ProChase as merchant of record and processes the data provided at purchase as a separate controller, under its own privacy policy. From us it receives an identifier linking the order to the statements made before purchase and the licence key to check its validity. Transfer outside the European Economic Area: standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission.

2. Processors acting on our behalf

• SEOHOST Sp. z o.o., based in Poznań, Poland - hosting of the website, the form, the mailing list, the trial register, activation and the info@palmastudio.pl mailbox, from which we send all messages.
• Web INnovative Software sp. z o.o., based in Wrocław, Poland (wFirma) - invoicing system for direct sales.
